Regarding cash on delivery
please make sure to fill in your delivery address and mobile phone number correctly. The cash on delivery service fee is NT$0.
For refunds in cash on delivery form, we kindly ask you to provide the following information in English format to us. Only then can we refund to your account.

If issues arise due to incorrect information provided, refunds cannot be processed, so please ensure the content is correct before submission.
A collection mechanism for contract customers regarding cash on delivery is provided, where the recipient can pay by card/cash to the delivery engineer upon receipt of goods.

JCB Card issuing organizations' credit cards.
Regarding PayPal
PayPal is a widely used secure online payment service around the world. Credit card information is securely stored by PayPal and will not be shared with us. PayPal also offers a buyer protection program, where you can receive a full refund if you do not receive the goods or if the goods received do not match the description.
PayPal supports the following payment methods:
- PayPal balance : You can usually receive others' PayPal transfers or top up your balance through a linked bank account/cash.
- Bank account : Direct deduction from the linked bank account during payment.
- Credit card/debit card : Supports Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
How to use PayPal for payment:
- Add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- Select "PayPal" as your payment method.
- Click "Confirm Order."
- You will be redirected to the PayPal login page. If you have a PayPal account, please log in; otherwise, create a new account.
- Confirm payment.
