Return and Refund Policy

I. Explanation of the 30-day appreciation period

All products on the site enjoy30-day appreciation period after product arrivalThe rights and interests of the parties involved.
The appreciation period is calculated based onThe delivery receipt date is calculated from day 1, for a total of 30 days (including public holidays).

II. Shipping Schedule for Taiwan Region

All orders from Taiwan are fromTaiwan local warehouseShipment.

  • Payment must be completed before 3:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
    → atShipment will be arranged within 24 hours (working days).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays / on weekends / on Taiwanese public holidays
    → atProcessing and shipping will be arranged on the next business day.

※ Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. We apologize for the inconvenience.


III. Return and Exchange Fees and Timeframe

IV. Validity Period of Exchange Application

V. Conditions for Return Application

Returns are only permitted in the following circumstances:

  • The goods have not yet been shipped.

  • Received goods with defects or damaged during transportation

  • The received goods do not match the order (incorrect model, style, etc.).

⚠️ Data packages are virtual goods and cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.


VI. Return Process

  1. Order not shipped

    • Contact customer service within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel it and receive a full refund.

  2. Order has been shipped

    • Please contact customer service via email or LINE to request a return.

    • Goods returned without prior consent will not be accepted.

  3. After your return request is approved, please return the item to the address provided by customer service.

  4. Once the goods have been returned and confirmed to be in good condition, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.


VII. Refund Timeline

VIII. Return Policy

  • The product must be kept intact and include: the main unit, accessories, gifts, warranty, original inner and outer packaging, and all accompanying documents.

  • Products with signs of use, human-caused damage, missing accessories, or incomplete packaging are not eligible for return or exchange (except for defective products).
