Shipping Company:

2. Delivery is limited to various counties and cities on the main island of Taiwan.
You can confirm the "Product Tracking Number" and "Shipping Status" in the "Product Shipment Notification Email" sent after the shipment is completed.

Processing Time:
We will ship within 1-2 working days after confirming payment before dispatch. The time is subject to actual conditions (excluding holidays/weekends).
If there is an issue with your delivery address and your order is marked as a risk, processing time may be delayed (we use this extra time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We may request proof of identity for the billing information received.
Shipping Costs:
Our store offers free shipping for all products. No additional shipping fees are charged regardless of the quantity, type, or region of the products.
Estimated Shipping Time:
Shipping from Taoyuan City usually takes 2-5 working days.
During holiday promotions, supply shortages may occur, and shipments will be sent from Hong Kong; please consult customer service for details.

Friendly Reminder:
If you do not live in a secure location, please choose your shipping method wisely, as standard mail couriers do not require a signature, and packages will be left at any "safe" location deemed suitable by the courier.
We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses entered by you as a customer.
If you do not claim the item and it is returned, we will charge a restocking fee. The fee is 10% of the total cost of each item.
Taxes and Duties:
Your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are charged when the package arrives in the destination country/region. Legally, these fees must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we cannot control these fees or determine what the costs will be, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country.
Duties are charged as a percentage of the total value of the goods. The duty percentage depends on the country/region to which the package is sent, but averages between 3% and 9%. We cannot control these costs, so we cannot include them in the product cost or shipping fees. We generally try to minimize the declared value of the package to reduce taxes, but you may still need to pay a small amount of customs fees.
